Celebrated Zabor's birthday!

Very special anniversary cards.

Soccer tickets. Yeah. I'm not a big soccer fan, but the hubby is. So for our anniversary we went to a
game!
What illnesses or health concerns did I have?

What were my accomplishments this month?
I made final decisions and we are painting! I committed to color!
What were my downers this month?
Fixing up a house really takes a toll not only on a marriage but the whole family. Trying to get
everyone back together.
What new things did I try?
Strawberry champagne :)

Not so great. I need to reel myself in a little.

Momma's sharing
So normally I have something to share to do with the boys on Show and share Wednesday... today it's something that I want to share about...
House decorating.
Josh and I are in the process of putting a house together for our family. Yay! Problem... I have to commit to a color. Not just one color... multiple rooms... different decorating. Yeah, it's been on my mind.
A few things have occurd though. One, I found out just how handy my husband is. Two, Pintrest. Three, handy man husband plus Pintrest equals honey please do list!

1. Josh and I just celebrated our anniversary! So cool to remember all the good times and hard times that we have been through together.

Month in review
AUGUST
What I'm eating/drinking: Coffee
What I'm wearing: Jeans and a cute top (from Maurice’s)
My last Nook/iTunes/Audible purchase: Last audible purchase was: The Language of Flowers
What I need to do today: I really need to get laundry done, I need to get library books returned, I need to… have a Friday night with my family.
What the kids are doing: School, daycare
How I'm feeling: Good
What I'm listening to: Fast Women
Words to describe this month: Fast… but isn’t that how most of them go?!
Noteworthy: Rian turned 3
What reading/learning did I do this month? One Cold Night, Awakening, A Song of Ice and Fire, The Wedding Girl, A Month at the Shore, Where We Belong, Darker Still and 1Q84
What entertainment did I watch/listen to this month? While my Momma and Brother were in town we went on an Independence tour. This consisted of ridding in a wagon pulled by two mules. It was pretty awesome!
What fun things did I do with my family and/or friends? Just spending time with my Mom and brother while they were out here was awesome. I wish they lived closer.
What gifts did I give and/or receive? It was Mr. Rian’s birthday so he was spoiled rotten as usual.
What special or unusual purchases did I make? Bag balm. My little bro got his first tat. So we went on the bag balm buy.
What illnesses or health concerns did I have? As of right now we are sending prayers up for Louis any that you can send up would be greatly appreciated.
What were my accomplishments this month? Put on a blue birthday party. Yeah, it’s not as easy as I thought it was going to be.
What were my downers this month? Having to say good-bye to my family.
What new things did I try? Ribs. I am not a meat off of bone eater. I like the meat to be off by the time I have to eat it. BUT I tried my brothers BBQ ribs.
How did I do on my goals for the month? With school starting and hose renovations crafts have been put on hold. It is sad… but think of all the fun decorating that is going on in the house!
